I am a clinical child psychologist and researcher currently working as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Michigan. In my research I examine a series of physiological and cognitive factors that contribute to the development of mood disorders in children and adolescents. I also teach courses in clinical assessment and childhood mood disorders and coordinate the Psychiatric diagnostic assessment services at the University Center for the Child and the Family. I am a licensed psychologist in the Chapel Hill, NC area and I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. I am also a Certified Parenting Coordinator and provide parenting education. In addition to my part-time private practice, I am a stay-at-home mom with my five year-old son.”
