Hello and welcome! I specialize in working with preteens through adults from diverse ethnic, racial, cultural, and identity backgrounds in individual, family, or couples therapy. I have expertise treating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, behavioral disorders, adjustment disorders and life transition challenges, identity exploration, high functioning autism, parenting difficulties, foster care/adoption, non-traditional families, and relationship discord. Most importantly, I have a passion for empowering my clients to discover their own voices and strengths.

I completed my PhD at University of California, Santa Barbara and trained at Momentous Institute, Dallas, TX where I am on staff as a licensed psychologist and supervisor. I have worked with diverse families since 2005 as an educational leader, Court-Appointed Special Advocate, assessor, and therapist. I am Taiwanese-American and speak English and Spanish.

I customize treatment by understanding my clients’ hopes, needs, and goals. My modality is eclectic and strengths based. I hold certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Levels I & II training Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Sessions can be in-person or online.
