Angela Wilkos
I provide compassionate support for individuals looking to make a positive change in their life. Through a positive therapeutic relationship I work with each client to address specific situations as well as behavioral patterns that may be holding them back from growth by developing a customized plan to achieve their personal goals. I find great joy and meaning in helping my clients gain insight and awareness. I also seek to access their innate strengths, resources, and to further develop their skills and confidence to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Over the last 20 years I have trained and worked in the field of psychology allowing me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of challenges.
Specialties include but are not limited to the areas of depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, improving communication and parenting support.
