Benjamin Miller
Having received training in both Clinical and Forensic psychology, I work with a diverse client population, delivering targeted Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) Therapies tailored to the specific needs of each individual client. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with Mood Disorders (Anxiety, Depression), Behavioral Disorders (Oppositionality, Anger), Personality Disorders (Borderline, Narcissistic, Antisocial), and Sexual Dysfunction. In addition, I treat individuals convicted of violent and non-violent criminal offenses, sex offenders, and perpetrators of domestic violence.
I am also a Psychological Evaluator, conducting thorough diagnostic clarification of psychological symptoms in children, adolescents, and adults. These range from Developmental Disorders (Autism Spectrum, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity), to Mood Disorders (Bipolar, Obsessive-Compulsive), Substance Use Disorders, Sexual Disorders, and Personality Disorders.
In my Forensic Evaluation work, I conduct assessments for individuals referred by attorneys, the Courts, and private, state, and federal agencies. These Evaluations include Fitness for Duty (FFD), Psychosexual, Competency to Stand Trial, Substance Abuse, and Parenting, as well as Pre-Sentence Investigations, Sex Offender Risk Assessments, and various others.
