Beth Jerskey
I am a Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I have co-authored over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles and have published in a variety of neurology and neuropsychological journals including JAMA Neurology, Neuropsychology, and Brain and Behavior. In addition to my work at the Boston Child Study Center (BCSC), I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Trained in both pediatric and adult neuropsychology, I graduated from Boston University with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I completed my clinical internship in neuropsychology at the Massachusetts General Hospital and a T32 postdoctoral fellowship through the Alpert Medical School of Brown University’s Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior Clinical Psychology Training Consortium. In 2012, I received advanced clinical/research training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2) and I am research reliable on this gold standard measure for autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. Currently, my clinical interest primarily with school-aged children.
Currently, I sit on the Massachusetts Autism Commission’s subcommittee for children Birth – 14 years old. I am also the APA Federal Advocacy Coordinator for the state of Massachusetts, a member and past Chair of the Massachusetts Psychological Association’s Ethics Committee, Chair of the Rhode Island Psychological Association’s Ethics Committee and a standing member in Butler Hospital’s Institutional Review Board. I am a member of the American Psychological Association, American Psychological Association Division 40 (Neuropsychology), and The International Neuropsychological Society in addition to my membership to the Rhode Island Psychological Association and Massachusetts Psychological Association.
