Dr Bonnee Price Linden is a pediatric neuropsychologist who specializes in neurocognitive rehabilitation of children ages 1 year to 18 years of age. Treatment involves reengineering or “rewiring” children’s thought processes and executive functioning through cognitive behavioral and neuroplastic techniques.. She developed a project with Columbia University on understanding the adolescent brain and it’s level of development in knowing right from wrong for holding an adolescent liable in a criminal or forensic situation. This program was published in the Journal of Infant, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Volume 15, Issue 3 (2016). A member of ACRM, Dr Linden, along with researchers, worldwide, in rehabilitative medicine, for adults and children, is working on developing sound movement relationship as a methodology to stabilize brain functioning in children who have experienced trauma, abuse or genetic or developmental delay. The findings here are annecdotal on a case by case basis. In addition, Dr Linden has developed collateral clinical counseling skills and the assessment and remediation of children with learning disabilities. Altogether, Dr. Linden is especially able to work with children and their families to develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
