Dr. Danda has training and experience with a wide range of issues related to children's and adolescents' emotional, behavioral, and physical health. Dr. Danda provides assessment, therapy, and parent coaching. She uses a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach and associated therapies, such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help find solutions to the challenges facing you and your family.Her practice is rooted in evidence-based therapy techniques but tailored to the individual. She has specialty training in anxiety disorders and helping children and adolescents, and their families, with emotion regulation. Her goal is to help you and your child feel more confident moving through life's challenges and develop resilience.
