I work with children, adolescents, and adults and specialize in working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, navigating relationships, and life transitions. I appreciate working with clients who recognize that a change needs to happen and are willing to take the first step to do so.

While I try to make accomodations to best fit your needs, I often utilize both behavioral and interpersonal approaches to therapy. I try to incorporate various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)to provide you with the best care. Additionally, no matter the technique, I like to utilize a strength-based approach to make your goals feel more tangible.

I understand that therapy can be hard and progress cannot be made if you do not feel comfortable enough to share your vulnerabilities. Therefore, I place an emphasis on building a positive therapeutic relationship through the use of both care and humor. Given the importance of the therapeutic relationship, I like to check in on the relationship and welcome ongoing feedback.
