Chandra Mundon
Everybody deserves a space where they can feel truly seen, heard, and understood without judgment. As a clinical psychologist, I strive to provide therapy that is collaborative, effective, and uniquely tailored to every client. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life on a wide range of issues including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, self-esteem, family-of-origin, cultural identity, codependency, relationships, etc.
My therapeutic style could best be described as a balance of warmth, humor, directness, and empathy. Based on your needs and preferences, I offer brief/solution-focused therapy, as well as longer-term "depth therapy."
While I am first and foremost a generalist, I also specialize in Addiction Treatment and Gender Affirming Care. As an addiction specialist, I provide assessment and support for those struggling with alcohol and/or drugs, as well as those struggling with "process addictions" (eg: internet, gaming, gambling, etc.) I have specialized in the provision of gender affirming care for transgender and gender diverse individuals for over 10 years and am very passionate about this work. I provide consultation and supportive therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are in the early stages of exploring/questioning their gender identity, as well as assessment and letter-writing for clients pursuing hormones and/or surgery.
