Dr. Constantine “Connie” Trela is a Registered Psychology Associate who works with families, couples, and individuals across the lifespan (ages 7+). He specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depression, mood and personality disorders, recovery from traumatic events, and problematic alcohol/substance use. Dr. Trela knows that no two patients are identical and strives to develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with his patient that will benefit their holistic wellbeing.

Dr. Trela regularly maintains afternoon and evening hours, as well as weekends by request. Outside of his work at The Family Center, he enjoys jogging and hiking, tabletop and video games, karaoke, and cooking. He is an avid football fan, especially the college game, and is a former NCAA academic all-conference offensive lineman himself.
