As a licensed psychologist with over 20 years experience I know that the bottom line of any therapy experience is to engender change. My approach to therapy focuses on change through 1) understanding how you learned to see the world, to cope, and to make choices and 2) guided practice changing those learned perspectives that are interfering with your life.
