Transformation and healing are possible. No matter what circumstances we have experienced in the past or how many traumatic events we have endured in our lives, good psychotherapy can help alleviate the pain and restore our well being. I believe that intrinsically we are wired for growth and expansion, so a big part of doing inner work consists in finding what are the obstacles to that growth. By understanding and processing those typically hidden obstacles we begin to tap into our innate capacities and aliveness. Such obstacles initially begin to get shaped in early childhood and depending on the level of care and attunement we got from our parents , schools and society, will be more or less rigid. No two people's psychology is the same, so there is no one way that works for everyone. Part of my job as your therapist is to asses and in collaboration with you find out what will help your process of healing unfold. I place great importance in the relationship
