Dr. Couturier-Fagan is licensed as a psychologist and board-certified school neuropsychologist. She trained and has practiced in a variety of hospital settings including the child abuse program at Columbia Presbyterian (Babies Hospital) Hospital, with adolescent mothers and their infants and toddlers at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, Newark, with a pediatric HIV population, in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with premature infants, and as director of Early Intervention services at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in the Bronx NY, and most recently at the Krieker Center for Child Development at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ .

Over the last 20 years at DC Fagan Psychological Services, LLC in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, Dr. Couturier-Fagan has developed an active testing and consultation practice that works with student’s preschool through college age. Referrals to the practice are made by parents, pediatricians, neurologists, and other medical specialties. She also works as an independent consultant testing for numerous community and private mental health centers as well as for many school districts across New Jersey and New York state. Dr. Couturier-Fagan currently provides clinical supervisor of PhD students who are preparing for licensing and was an adjunct professor of psychology at Ramapo College of New Jersey for 17 years.
