Dina Harth
Dr. Harth has been in private practice since 2001. She sees individuals and couples dealing with relationship issues, life stage & transitions, grief & loss, medical conditions & health behaviors, life & work stress and anxiety. She is certified as a therapist & supervisor in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and has advanced training in Gottman Method Couples therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based approaches and Insight-oriented therapy. Dr. Harth believes in empirically validated treatments and the thoughtful, systematic integration of these approaches to address presenting concerns, improve relationships & quality of life and promote personal growth. She is also certified as a Meditation Teacher, offers clinical consultation/supervision, and provides research/statistical consultation for students, faculty and organizations.
