Only by harnessing our strengths can we be whole people.

I am trained as a clinical psychologist with a particular focus on addressing depression and anxiety in children and adults. I have worked for several years in KG-university settings, building social-emotional and trauma sensitive approaches. I work in a culturally humble, strengths-based fashion.
