Elena Kochanek is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist in the state of New Jersey. Her specialties include helping clients negotiate learning and behavioral difficulties, understand and develop coping skills to manage anxiety and depression, and improve social awareness and social skills. Dr. Kochanek primarily works with school-aged children, adolescents, and young adults.

Additionally, Dr. Kochanek currently works as a school counselor in a local school district where she provides individual and group counseling and consults with teachers and parents regarding the educational and behavioral needs of their students.
