Erin Jurich-Finney
Dr. Jurich-Finney is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. She received her PysD in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at the University of Denver in Colorado. She completed her internship and post-doc training at the San Luis Valley Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center. She moved with her family to Virginia in 2013 and established a private practice in Abingdon. Her specialties include mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, learning disabilities, and problems in interpersonal relationships. She conducts psychological evaluations to diagnose ADHD, developmental disorders, learning disabilities, and pre-surgical evaluations. She also uses neurofeedback, a form of applied neuroscience and technology, to help people train their brains to operate more efficiently and reduce symptoms. Dr. Jurich-Finney's goal as a psychologist is to help clients live fuller, happier and more satisfying lives. She works collaboratively with clients to help them examine obstacles to growth, overcome fears, and create lasting change.
