Evan Freedman
Dr. Freedman is a Board Certified Forensic Psychologist who specializes in mental health evaluations for criminal and civil legal matters. Licensed in 1999, Dr. Freedman has performed over 1,000 Forensic Mental Health Evaluations and testifies frequently in State, Federal, and Tribal Court venues. Forensic specialty areas include: child custody and parental capacity, civil and criminal competencies, diminished capacity, sentence mitigation, developmental disability, child abuse, personal injury, violence risk assessment, immigration, fitness for duty (including weapons bearing) and pre-employment.
Dr. Freedman also maintains a small clinical practice focusing on family therapy in complex custody cases, and individual therapy for teens and adults.
