Welcome. My therapy practice is dedicated to stress management, anxiety, mood disorders, and those coping with medical conditions. I take a solution-focused, time-sensitive approach to psychotherapy, offering choices and evidenced-based treatment. I am most passionate about helping other helpers to reach their full potential. I offer consultation to professionals and organizations regarding effective communication, performance, and mental health issues.

I completed my doctoral training at the University of Connecticut, Hartford Hospital, and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and serve as the CT North Central Disaster Mental Health Lead for the American Red Cross. I serve as Veteran Outreach Coordinator for the Connecticut Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic, and joined the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach in 2017.
