You are not alone! Children and adults who experience adoption, complicated divorce, domestic violence, sexual abuse, chronic illness or death feel hurt, helpless and scared. The good news is that with the right support you can create positive changes, feel better and learn to be stronger and more resilient! I am easy to talk to, patient and compassionate. I provide a warm and non-judgemental environment while taking an active role and suggesting new perspectives. I focus on what is strong not what is wrong. Together we discover your or your child's inherent strength and collaborate to develop healthier attachments and improved confidence.

Parenting is tough! I provide parental guidance to parents who are struggling with trying situations. For children (ages 3 and up) I use imaginative play, therapeutic games and talking. For adolescents I create a safe environment empowering them to come up with effective coping skills. I work closely with parents and collaborate with schools.

25 years of experience counts! I trained at Harvard Medical School and specialized in mindfulness and internal-family-system (IFS). I was a senior clinician and director of training at a trauma clinic for sexual abuse. I treat children, adolescents and adults. I am bilingual (Hebrew and English).
