“In my work with clients, I emphasize a collaborative approach within a safe, respectful environment. My focus as a therapist is facilitating personal growth and exploration by helping each person identify and work toward their personal life goals, exploring areas where improvement is desired, and providing information and teaching skills drawn from current scientific research. As we collaborate on this journey, I encourage self-awareness, responsibility and actions that are in line with each individual’s values. I view my role as a teacher, a supporter and as a ‘mirror’ for the individual, so that they better understand who they are and how they can work toward becoming their best, most effective and fulfilling vision of themselves.”
