After more than 30 years of providing and supervising work with patients suffering with anxiety and stress disorders, I retired from my practice and wrote a book based on my use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with these patients, called: "The ABCS of Coping with Anxiety". It is available at Amazon and at many bookstores. The book teaches key coping skills to those who have problems with anxiety and stress. It is also useful to therapists who want to structure their method of working with anxious patients. In September of 2018, the British Medical Association identified the book as "Highly Commended".
