The decision to reach out for help from a psychologist is often a difficult one. I provide a trusting, caring and safe environment where you can openly discuss any problem or challenge. I will work with you to develop insight and self-awareness, which can facilitate change, honest living and healthier relationships.
I practice a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual client and issue, with a particular emphasis on psychodynamic, existential and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I work with children of all ages, adults, couples and families. I treat anxiety and depression, and specialize in relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting skills and bereavement.
