Jeffrey Morrow, Ph.D.
Dr. Morrow is a licensed psychologist and president and co-founder of Southern California Psychology Group. For over twenty-five years, his practice has focused on providing psychological assessment and intervention services to individuals, couples, and families. His clients typically struggle with issues related to Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder, high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), executive functioning impairments, marital/relationship conflicts, and life transitions (premarital counseling, divorce counseling, remarriage, stepfamily challenges, college adjustment, and life transitions). He also enjoys working with athletes on issues related to sports performance. In addition to his counseling and psychotherapy intervention work, Dr. Morrow conducts psychodiagnostic assessments with children, adolescents, and adults focused on their intellectual, academic, and social, emotional, and behavioral functioning that provide diagnostic information as well as recommendations for further interventions. As part of his school assessment work, he attends school meetings where he advocates with teachers, school counselors, and school administrators for what is psychologically in the best interests of his clients. Dr. Morrow has served as a consultant to major corporations, school districts, and private organizations, helping business and community leaders effectively deal with issues of motivation, communication, leadership, discipline, team-building, self-esteem, and social skills development. He is also a frequent lecturer in the areas of parenting, classroom behavior management, and psychological advocacy for special needs/developmentally disabled populations.
