About:

Dr. Jenise Jensen received her doctorate in School Psychology with a specialization in pediatric neuropsychology from the University of Utah in 2004. She completed a clinical internship at Seattle Children’s Hospital through the University of Washington (UW) School of Medicine, specializing in pediatric psychology, neuropsychology, and inpatient and outpatient psychology. She then went on to complete a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Pediatric Psychology and Neuropsychology at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, Washington, as well as a one-year post-doctoral fellowship at the UW Autism Center. Dr. Jensen was on staff at the UW Autism Center for one year prior to moving back to Salt Lake City in 2006. She was a neuropsychologist at Primary Children’s Medical Center’s from 2006 to 2008 and has been in private practice since 2009.

Dr. Jensen holds an Associate Clinical Professor appointment in the Dept. of Educational Psychology at the University of Utah, as well as participates in research and provides trainings on such topics as evaluation and treatment of autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, seizure disorders, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. In her spare time, Dr. Jensen enjoys being outside in Utah’s beautiful mountains and desert, gardening, cooking, and playing with her son, husband, and dog.
