Jennifer Walinsky majored in psychology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She received her Ph.D. from the Institute of Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology, in Chicago in 2002. She completed a one year APA accredited pre-doctoral internship and a 2 year post-doctoral fellowship at the A.I. duPont Hospital for Children (Nemours) in Wilmington, Delaware.

Before moving to Ohio in 2007, Dr. Walinsky contracted with the State of Delaware's early intervention program where she focused on the evaluation and treatment of young children (ages 0-3). Dr. Walinsky has also provided consultation services and in-service training for daycare and preschool staff on issues pertaining to behavior management and child development.

Dr. Walinsky's private practice exclusively focuses on comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations.
She has extensive training in evaluations, diagnostic assessments (including comprehensive cognitive, educational, neuropsychological, and emotional evaluations) of children and adolescents presenting with a broad range of developmental, psychological, health-related, and behavioral/emotional
concerns. Prior to opening her private practice in 2010, she has worked in a variety of settings including schools, community-based outpatient treatment centers, and medical hospitals.
