About:

I am a clinical psychologist in private practice while also working at a major medical hospital in Denver. My passion is helping you connect to your values and find more meaning in your life. I have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD (all ages), postpartum issues, grief and trauma using effective treatments that show results. I am uniquely skilled in understanding the mind and body connection because of my years working with individuals who have chronic medical conditions and challenging health circumstances. I love working with adults, children, adolescents, parents or families.
Above all, I want you to feel heard and understood. We will set goals based on what you want to work on most. I use treatments that will show results like cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness approaches, parent coaching for child behavior concerns, CBT for insomnia, exposure therapy for anxiety/ptsd, and organizational/executive function skill building.
I offer sessions through video or phone in the comfort of your own home. I also have a beautiful office space for in person sessions. Please visit my website at www.cocbt.com and give me a call at 303-335-0673 for a free phone consultation.
