About:

John HolmbergAs a solution-focused holistic therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. Assisting clients in the journey to peace and happiness, through an understanding of current situations and the resolution of challenges.I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, using a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs. I use a unique blend of traditional and complementary treatment modalities in my holistic practice. Psychotherapy is both an art and a science, and my clients benefit from a collaboratory exploration of the multitude systems and techniques available. I strive toward rapid symptom relief as well as long lasting life improvements. The word healing literally means "becoming whole", thus holistic psychology focuses on healing the whole of the human being: mind, body and spirit.
