Katherine Pollak
I am a licensed psychologist who is passionate about working with pregnant and postpartum families, infants, and young children. I have been providing Infant Mental Health therapy for 10 years and have been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years. I believe deeply that reaching families early on can help prevent so many struggles later in the child’s life and in the relationship between parent and child. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postpartum), Infant Mental Health, Child Parent Psychotherapy (treating infants and young children- ages birth to 5- with trauma), psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies for adults, Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma, and work with firefighter and LGBTQ+ families. *Now Offering Telehealth in Florida
