Kelly Champion
Treatment starts with learning about you and your experience to identify your strengthens and vulnerabilities and around you. Dr. Champion brings almost 20 years of academic and clinical experience. Her speciality is treating children and adults for anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and traumatic stress including dissociative symptoms. She uses an evidence-informed approach with expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapies including TF-CBT, exposure therapy, parent-behavior management training, PCIT, and DBT. She is also a trainer for the APA ACT Raising Safe Kids Program in APAs Public Interest Directorate.
She is a member of Div 53 Practice Committee, on the board of the National Partnership to End Interpersonal Violence, and on the Policy Committee of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children.
