Established in 2011, Kellin, PLLC is a private behavioral health counseling and consulting agency that provides clinical services, training and technical assistance, research and program evaluation services, and innovative organizational consulting. Kellin, PLLC is owned and operated by Dr. Kelly Graves, a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children, families, adults, communities, and organizations in the area of behavioral health services.
