Kris Stankiewicz
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing with children and adolescents. Specifically, I focus on helping children and adolescents presenting with anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, depression, ADHD, behavior and conduct problems, school challenges (i.e. school refusal, organizational difficulties, homework refusal, peer and relationship difficulties, etc), and social skills problems. I address these challenges using cognitive-behavioral approaches that have clear scientific support for their effectiveness. In addition to psychotherapy, I provide the full range of psychological assessment and evaluation services.
I am board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Psychology and am a fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology. I also hold certification as a school psychologist in the state of New Jersey. My background in clinical and school settings enables me to assist youth achieve their best at home and at school.
