Kristin Rose
Dr. Rose is a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas. She has provided neuropsychological testing and psychotherapy in the private practice setting for 10 years. She serves children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Dr. Rose specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and has trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In addition, she is certified to treat Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as trichotillomania. Dr. Rose graduated from Spalding University with a Psy.D. in clinical psychology. Prior to earning her doctorate degree, she attended the University of Louisville for a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Texas A&M University for a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Dr. Rose completed an APA approved pre-doctoral internship at John L. Gildner Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents, a residential treatment facility, in Rockville, Maryland. She has been licensed in the state of Texas since 2010. Dr. Rose belongs to several professional organizations including the American Psychological Association and American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology.
