Krupa Hegde
Dr. Hegde is a psychologist who incorporates her extensive clinical expertise with a personalized approach with each client seeking services. Dr. Hegde has four graduate degrees and the skills, knowledge, and abilities gained through academic training, a strong research background, and clinical experience.
Dr. Hegde has conducted assessments for several years in multiple hospitals (in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana) and private practices (in Indiana, Michigan, Florida, and Oklahoma), at a VAMC (in Massachusetts), and academic health centers (Harvard Medical School, Wake Forrest University School of Medicine, and Wayne State University School of Medicine).
With respect to therapy, Dr. Hegde incorporates an assortment of techniques learned through extensive training in various treatment modalities in order to help people with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. The therapeutic process is typically rooted in identifying and developing the strengths and skills of the individual and then guiding them in the use of these to cope effectively with life difficulties.
Consultation and coaching may also be provided on a case-by-case basis. This service is designed for those people who may be functioning well, but are seeking to optimize their functioning in one or more areas of their lives. Perhaps you would like to live a happier, more balanced life, or learn to build better relationships.
