I have been in practice over 30 years. I am on medical Staff at Robert Wood Johnson- Somerset where i worked for many years on the psychiatric inpatient floor. I stay connected to the community and update resources to help individuals and families in their journey. I am the membership chair and founding member of the Somerset Hunterdon Warren Psychological Association and believe in strong collaboration with the community at large. I am motivated and enthusiastic to assist individuals and families to resolve their personal struggles in their daily living. My practice intertwines a solution-oriented, cognitive behaviioral, DBT, and interpersonal approach. I use an interactive, cognitive/interpersonal approach in working with people. I come up with a treatment plan and approach with individuals and families to get the results needed . I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I have a group practice with other therapists which offers many specialties such as trauma, and substance abuse, and children with 7 days a week availability. I created this model to help as many individuals as I can. We treat the whole individual and collaborate with physicians an other specialties to help get optimal results. I am active in speaking to the community and schools about stress and emotional health. I am a sponsor of the Bipolar Support Group in my local area.
