Leslie Goehl
Dr. Goehl, a licensed clinical psychologist, has more than twenty years experience practicing in community, school and private settings.
In order to provide beneficial treatment to her patients and build confidence and resilience, Dr. Goehl uses a broad spectrum of therapeutic techniques including mindfulness, stress reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and interpersonal work with the goal of positive change. Dr. Goehl works with individuals and families to set goals, facilitate change, and increase personal satisfaction and growth. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process in which clients identify challenges, increase insight and self-awareness, and work to develop strategies to reach desired goals. Dr. Goehl has provided individual, couples and family therapy for over 20 years. She has consulted with schools and medical practices to collaboratively support patients.
