Linda Herreid
Personal growth can happen at any age. As a clinical psychologist and a school psychologist, I have witnessed and supported positive change across the the developmental spectrum. I practice a therapy approach that utilizes cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and psychodynamic elements to help develop effective coping skills and strategies, increase self-awareness and mindfulness, improve problem solving and meet individual goals for acceptance and peace of mind.
