Lori Eickleberry
Change can be difficult and it is not uncommon for people to feel overwhelmed by life's situations. Seeking the help of a psychologist can be a powerful tool for overcoming barriers to happiness. Dr. Lori Eickleberry is a Board Certified Licensed Psychologist, Professor, and founder of the Motivational Institute for Behavioral Health, LLC and the Motivational Institute Mental Health Bridge Clinic, Inc. She is also on the Board of Directors for the American Board of Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology, American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) and a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT). In a completely nonjudgmental environment, she helps others understand their obstacles, develop goals, and follow through with strategies to achieve positive change. She helps clients acquire the skills needed to become experts on themselves.
Specializing in behavioral health/medicine, she works with a diverse population of individuals, couples, families, and groups, in the assessment and treatment of a vast array of disorders and difficulties. She uses a variety of empirically-based treatments in order to improve treatment outcomes.
Prior to individual private practice, she created and implemented programs for several institutions, specifically in addictions and education gaining vast experience with diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, addiction, weight loss, personality disorders, learning disabilities, AD/HD, and career assessment.
