About:

Marlene MajorThere are times in all of our lives when we can benefit from a caring, warm, supportive, and knowledgeable person to help with life challenges such as loss/grief, transitions, relationship difficulties, decision making, lack of academic motivation, identity issues including race, gender, and sexual orientation, and stress that can result in negative feelings including anxiety and depression.
As a psychologist of twenty years, I understand the complex and variable ways in which challenges can affect children, adolescents, and adults. We will work together to navigate these experiences to create the life you want to live, or to provide the support that your child might need to thrive.
Using CBT, interpersonal and relational therapy, we will focus on your strengths and the expertise you have about your life to explore options that suit you best and allow movement toward a more authentic and satisfying life.
