Mary Crownover
My work with children and families began nearly 30 years ago with the Family Nurturing Center in New York facilitating parenting groups with teen parents and developmentally challenged adults. I have worked within the private and public sector providing comprehensive services to children as young as 3 years of age with challenges including chronic illness, behavioral and mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and other dual exceptionalities which may hinder their success and overall happiness. My work has provided me with a wealth of experiences and training to provide parent coaching and family counseling services which further support young people in the home setting and beyond, assist with life transitions and cope with the many challenges they face in today's fast paced and competitive world.
