I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in counseling, executive functioning / academic coaching, biofeedback, and psychological testing. My counseling practice focuses on helping adolescents and adults with ADHD, concussion, depression, anxiety, and trauma. My testing practice focuses on assessing children age 6 years old and older for help with 504/ IEP planning.
The most common forms of treatments I provide is biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy and brief solution-focused counseling. Biofeedback is particularly useful for treatment of anxiety, stress, concussion, headache, pain, & ADD symptoms.
