About:

Matthew LoveLife has many challenges and it's how you learn and grow from them that define you. We often look outside ourselves for the answers when in reality the answer lies within. Listening is a critical part of therapy and through collaboration we will identify and construct meaningful goals that help you grow. My approach to therapy is one of respect and acceptance of each client's world-view allowing for the creation of a safe, therapeutic environment.

I focus on helping individuals with mood disorders (depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder), relationship difficulties, life transitions, and athletic injury recovery. My therapeutic approach focuses on the interpersonal and humanistic dynamics that return a sense of wholeness to oneself. I use Existential, Gestalt, and CBT psychotherapy, depending on your needs.

In addition to providing individual and couples psychotherapy, I conduct psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. An evaluation can help understand one's strengths & weakness with developmental delays, intellectual, and social interactions. Better understand of learning, memory & attention issues (ADHD), emotional and behavioral functioning such as depression & anxiety
