Mayra Zoe Ortiz
Dr. Mayra Zoe Ortiz earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in early childhood education from University of Dubuque in Iowa. she obtained a Master of Arts from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. Thereafter, she completed a Doctoral degree in clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University, Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in NYC. Her internship was completed at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center in affiliation with Downtown Bronx Medical Associate, P.C. and Joan and Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Her Post-doctoral residency is from Bronx Lebanon Hospital, Pediatrics Neurology in the Bronx, NY.
Dr. Ortiz has been practicing for over 16 years. She is fully bilingual Spanish-English clinical psychologist who uses CBT and mindfulness training. In later years, Dr. Ortiz worked at various skilled nursing facilities in New York and Connecticut.
