Seeking out counseling is a great choice. You may be feeling stressed, down, anxious, overwhelmed, or frustrated. However, deciding to bring someone alongside you to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and change is a solid first step. I enjoy helping clients learn new ways of handling stress and difficult emotions, identify their strengths, and work toward lasting change.
In counseling, I work with adults struggling with a number of concerns, including depression/anxiety, family/relationship problems, and personal growth. I use an integrative approach, blending humanistic and emotion-focused techniques. Additionally, I offer psychological testing for individuals ages 6+ for a variety of issues, including behavioral problems, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and learning disabilities.
For counseling and testing, I currently accept private, self-pay. You may also be able to use out-of-network benefits to work with me. Shortly, I will be accepting some insurance. I offer evening/weekend appointments.
