Nancie Spector
I practice a form of treatment that has a good deal of research support for many disorders: Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I measure outcome and want results to help people overcome or manage the problems they have. I have over 33 years of experience in clinical psychology. I have been utilizing telehealth for over five years to treat children and adults.
I test individuals from infancy on up. I conduct psychotherapy with children beginning at age two years. I do a great deal of parent guidance work in order to help parents help their children with feeding, toileting, sleep, and discipline. I also can help with choosing a school or school issues.
I use a facilty dog from Canine Companions for Independence (www.cci.org) in my practice. He helps create a welcoming environment.
