Dr. Rachel Toplis is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Colorado (License # 4059). Dr. Toplis earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of East London, UK in 1997 before immigrating to the USA. She has worked with children and young adults in a variety of settings including schools and private practice for over 30 years.

Dr. Toplis has many years experience conducting Neuroeducational evaluations with children and young people addressing diverse concerns such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, TBI, ADHD etc. Using the science-practitioner model, Dr. Toplis believes in conducting thorough and comprehensive evaluations looking at the whole child. Dr Toplis develops an individualized assessment plan targeting your concerns utilizing a wide variety of assessments including cognitive, achievement, executive functioning assessments, behavioral and social / emotional assessments. Based upon the results of the evaluation, Dr. Toplis develops an individual support pan with recommendations and strategies, as well as a school companion document. Additionally, Dr. Toplis can help families and individuals navigate educational and work environments to promote individual independence and success in the future.
