Rebecca Swenson
Is your child struggling with too many worries? Has your teen been upset a lot lately but won't tell you why? Do you wish your family had more fun together? As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I am dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents, young adults, and families with compassionate and supportive evidence-based treatments. I encourage you to think of me as your emotion coach, supporting you as you learn new skills. Our solution-focused sessions will focus on what is working well for you now and how to make changes for the future so that you feel and stay better.
I provide evidence-based psychological treatments for anxiety, depression, and other emotional/behavioral health issues. I have specialized training in pediatric health psychology (coping with chronic illness/medical issues, including family illness). Individual and family therapy is provided in a professional, confidential, and caring environment.
You will benefit from therapy the most when you feel comfortable with your therapist. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if I will be a good fit for you and/or your child before our first session. Please call for a free consultation or to schedule your first appointment. I look forward to working together.
