My research resulted in US Presidential executive decisions freeing 6,800 federal nonviolent prisoners, 2 US Supreme Court decisions (Miller v Alabama, Graham v Florida) re-sentencing 2,500 juveniles life sentenced without parole, Act of Congress on predictive analytics for military & veterans, & an Illinois bill reforming the prison system. After I gave Mayor Daley my book, University of Chicago opened a Crime Lab. When I shared my research with Cook County President Preckwinkle 56% Cook County nonviolent prisoners were released. I testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism & Homeland Security 24 July 2012 on a teen summer jobs program saving 324 lives & $2.089B. After reading my 2016 paper, Pope Francis ordered all pedophile moving bishops removed by canonical court hearing. My 2019 paper documents 147,053 high risk youth got jobs, mentors, & anger management saving 640 lives with a return on investment of 6.42 in Chicago. Pope Francis read my 2019 paper endorsing psychometrics to solve pedophilia. I am a registered clinical & certified school psychologist, on the National Register of Health Care Psychology Providers, a probation officer of “first” juvenile court (1899) Cook County Circuit Court. As an economist, I designed Mitsubishi plant & Illinois Labor Unemployment Compensation Act & Motorola work sharing programs. I am expert witness in competency, crime, custody, personal injury, presentencing, and workman’s compensation, among others. I did 1,000 neuropsychological exams before my doctorate. I've taught at Northwestern U., U of Illinois at Chicago, Argosy, Barry, DePaul, & Lewis Universities, Chicago, Illinois & Forest Schools of Professional Psychology, & Calumet College. I am a member Holy Name Cathedral parish. I specialize in doing forensic neuropsychological exams for hyperactivity, learning disability & full individualized educational plans.
