Rosemarie Moser
Dr. Moser is Director of the RSM Psychology Center and Sports Concussion Center of New Jersey. She received her BA in Psychology with Honors and Magna Cum Laude, and Ph.D. in Professional Psychology, from the University of Pennsylvania.. She is a board certified neuropsychologist and rehabilitation psychologist and a state certified school psychologist. She is also certified by the APA College of Professional Psychology in Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders. Her publications have covered the topics of learning and memory disorders, concussion, brain injury, Alzheimer’s Disease, PTSD, psychotherapy, personality, violence, parenting techniques, alcohol/substance abuse, medical illnesses, IBS, and practice ethics. Her research has been published in journals such as JAMA:Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, Journal of Pediatrics, AJSM, BJSM, JAT, Professional Psychology: Research and Practice, The Clinical Neuropsychologist, Developmental Neuropsychology, Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology, and Applied Neuropsychology. She served as a scientific expert and co-author in the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC- P) Pediatric Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Workgroup, and as a co-author of the Childhood Systematic Review paper that informed the 2017 Berlin Concussion guidelines. She is an adjunct professor of clinical psychology at the Widener University and Lecturer in the graduate clinical psychology program at Immaculata University. She is author of the highly acclaimed Ahead of the Game: The Parents’ Guide to Youth Sports Concussion (Dartmouth College Press). She has been named the official concussion doctor for many professional sports teams. Dr. Moser is a Past President of the New Jersey Psychological Association and the New Jersey Neuropsychological Society, and Past Treasurer of the National Academy of Neuropsychology. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the Sports Neuropsychology Society.
