Sabrina StutzI'm a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents using customized treatment plans. I have special expertise supporting those affected by medical conditions, and I know how to help with medical behaviors (e.g., pill swallowing, needle phobia, staying motivated with complicated medical plans). I'm passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care, and am committed to continued learning of the most cutting edge therapies that can help my clients reach their full potential.

My goal is to integrate and personalize approaches from various types of therapy to help you discover solutions to your concerns and find overall wellness. I use science-backed techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) therapist, and I provide Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
